KEK CHIFFON PANDAN

Kek Chiffon pandan

Bahan-bahan:

3 oz santan + jus pandan(ikut sukatan dibawah) + dicampur kedua-duanya bagi mendapatkan
5oz pati santan pandan
8 helai daun pandan ditambah ~50ml [3camca besar air] bagi mendapatkan jus daun pandan (didapati dgn mengisar daun pandan serta ditapis)

3 oz Tepung naik sendiri (Self raising flour)

3.5 oz gula castor

4 telur kuning

4 telur putih

1/2 camca besar cream of tartar

1 camca besar minyak jagung

1/4 camca besar garam halus

Cara-cara menyediakannya:

1.Kuning telur + ¼ camca besar garam + 2oz gula dipukul dengan hand whisk.

2.Masukkan santan yg telah dicampur dgn jus pandan + dan dipukul sehingga sebati.

3.Kemudian masukkan self-raising flour.

4.Masukkan pula 1 camca besar corn oil dan dikacau rata.

5.Telur putih - gunakan pemukul elektrik, pukul sehingga buih besar terbentuk. Campurkan cream of tartar dan pukul sehingga ia berwarna keputihan. Masukkan 1.5 oz gula ke dalam 3 biji putih telur . Pukul sehingga putih telur megembang, mengambil masa lebih kurang 8 - 10 minit.

6.Masukkan 1/2 telur putih ke dlm adunan tepung. Kacau perlahan. Masukkan adunan tepung ke dlm lebihan putih telur dan dipukul lagi dgn perlahan.

7.Masukkan adunan tadi ke dlm tin pembakar berukuran 22cm(9inci) yg telah disapukan mentega dan di bakar didalam oven 170C - 180C for 45 - 60 minit @ sehingga ia masak.

8.Terbalikkan segera di atas redai kuih dan keluarkan selepas 5 minit,untuk mengelakkan kek terbenam atau kecut.

9.Hiaskan kek mengikut kesukaan masing-masing.Kek ini enak dimakan pada hari ia dibuat.
