Description: ..penangan org n9..hehe pedas nihh


BAHAN2 UTAMA

1 ekor Ayam Kampung (1 ekor)

2 Sebiji Kelapa (santan pekat 400ml)

3 biji cili Padi (20 biji)

4 batang Serai (3 btg)

5) Bawang kecil (2 ulas)

6) Bawang putih (2 ulas)

7) Garam (secukup rasa)

8) Kunyit hidup (1 inci)

9) Air (1 liter)

10)Asam keping (1 keping)

CAMNE NAK BUAT..


1-Ayam tadi potong ke 8 bahagian.. pastu basuh le bersih

2-Cili padi + bawang putih + bawang kecik + kunyit hidup ditumbuk hancur.. kalau boleh jgn blend..-Gaulkan cili+bawang dan kunyit tadi dgn ayam, kemudian masukkan kedalam kuali...pastikan apinya sederhana je..-masak sehingga ayam tadi mengeluarkan 'air ayam' ..biarkan ayam tadi sebati dgn campuran cili padi tadi...(10 minute)

3-kemudian masukkan 3- btg serai dan santan kelapa (400ml) biarkan selama 10 minute,-kemudian masukkan air (1 liter) biarkan selama 30 minute.. kacau le sikit2..cam biase..* santan & air terpulang pada individu berapa diperlukan..ade suke pekat..cair terpulang..)-masukkan garam secukup rasa.. agak2 dah masak santan tu.. barulah dimasukkan asam keping... (asam keping sikit jekk..jgn keping yg besor lak...masam nanti.. pastu truss angkat..)nah, makan ler.. kalau nak tau pedas ke tak


Petua:

1)Kisar tangkai cili padi dan masukkan ketika tumis bagi mengelakkan sakit perut.

2)kalau nakkkan pati setengah biji kelapa menjadi sepekat pati sebiji kelapa, kisarkan hampas kelapa bercampurkan sedikit air.
