POPIA DAGING

Inti daging yang telah siap

Pada mulanya nak buat kulit popia sendiri tapi hubby dah lapo sangat jadi dia belikan kulit popia yang dah siap. Goreng dan ngap ajelah. Dalam sibuk-sibuk tu si kecik tu dah tunggu kat sebelah nak meratah inti daging. Tak menang tangan menepis yang sorang ni. Mau tak mau bagi upah inti daging kalau tak asyik merengek je...



POPIA GORENG

Bahan-bahan:

1 bungkus kulit popia ~@ bikin sendiri punya

300gm daging cincang

4 biji bawang besar ~ didadu

5 biji kentang~ didadu

3 ulas bawang merah~ dimayang

2 ulas baqwang putih ~ dimayang

1 camca besar tepung jagung

2 sudu besar serbuk lada sulah

sedikit air

kicap manis 3 camca besar

garam secukup rasa

serbuk perasa

Minyak masak


Untuk Inti:

1. Panaskan kuali, masukkan minyak masak dan tumiskan bawang merah dan bawang putih. Goreng hingga ia kekuningan.

2. Masukkan daging cincang dan kacau sebentar.

3. Apabila daging telah masak masukkan tepung jagung yang telah dibancuh dengan sedikit air.Kacau, kemudian masukkan pula garam, serbuk perasa, kicap manis dan serbuk lada.

4. Selepas itu, masukkan bawang besar(dipotong dadu) dan ubi kentang(dipotong dadu). Masak hingga sebati dan tutup api.


Cara menyediakan Popia Goreng:
1. Ambil sekeping kulit popia dan letak diatas pinggan besar.
2. Letakkan inti.
3. Gulung dengan kemas dan goreng dengan api yang perlahan ( jika menggunakan kulit pastry yang dibeli).
4. Apabila kekuningan angkat, toskan minyak dan hidangkan.
