KARI DAGING ALA MAMAK
Kari daging mamak ni mmg favourite famili saya,resepi yg diturunkan oleh ibu saya, rasanya memang terangkat.Boleh dipelbagaikan nak guna sotong ka,ayam atau apa-apa ja...

Kari Daging ( Ala mamak)
Bahan-bahan:

1/2 kilo daging-dipotong nipis

2 biji bawang besar- dimayang
1 1/2 bungkus rempah kari daging-dibancuh dengan air

3 camca besar kicap manis

5 camca besar sos cili

3 tangkai daun kari

serbuk perasa

garam secukup rasa

1/2 cawan air

Cara-cara :

1. Panaskan kuali, tuangan minyak masak dan tumiskan bawang merah hingga ia kekuningan dan layu. Kemudian masukkan daun kari.

2. Masukkan rempah kari daging yang telah dibancuh dengan air.Masak hingga ia naik bau.

3.Apabila rempah telah masak, masukkan kicap, sos cili, garam dan serbuk perasa. Kacau rempah tersebut agar semua bahan tadi sebati.

4.Masukkan air jika rempah terlalu pekat.

5.Dan akhir sekali masukkan daging. Kacau dan biarkan ia sebentar sehingga pecah minyak.

6. Hidangkan.


LANGKAH DEMI LANGKAH

Tumiskan bawang hingga layu dan masukkan daun kari.
Masukkan rempah kari daging.

Kacau rempah sehingga ia masak dan naik bau.

Kemudian masukkan kicap manis

Masukkan sos cili, serbuk perasa dan garam

Jika rempah menjadi pekat tambahkan air

Akhir sekali, masukkan daging dan masak hingga empuk dan naik bau
