RENDANG TOK

Resepi nih,memang menjadi kegemaran kami sekeluarga bila menjelang hari lebaran. Memang best Rendang Tok ni.Maaf la gambar kurang jelas, tapi yang penting rasanya kan!!


Resepi :: Rendang Tok Perak

Bahannya:


1 kg daging batang pinang dipotong menjadi 12 ketul

3 biji kelapa parut, 1 biji dibuat kerisik.

3 sm halia

2 sm lengkuas - dikisar hingga halus.

3 batang serai dimesin

30 sen cili kering

300 gm bawang merah

4 ulas bawang putih

2 kuntum bunga lawang

2 sm kulit kayu manis

2 paket jintan putih (digoreng tanpa minyak)

1 paket jintan manis (ditumbuk hingga halus)

Sedikit isi kelapa yang dipotong kecil2 memanjang -digoreng kemudian ditoskan

Sekeping gula melaka kecil

Garam secukup rasa

Cara membuatnya:

  1. Daging dibasuh dan toskan sehingga kering.
  2. Ambil santan kelapa sebanyak dua mangkuk besar.
  3. Panaskan kuali tumiskan kesemua bahan2 yang telah dikisar sehingga naik bau. Kemudian masukan santan, kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang dan kelapa yang telah dipotong kecil besama daging. Biarkan mendidih.
  4. Masukan gula melaka, garam secukup rasa, tunggu sehingga kuahnya pekat, baru masukkan kerisik. Biarkan bahan tersebut sebati dan kering.
  5. Akhir sekali masukan jintan manis dan jintan putih. Setelah semuanya siap, rendang bolehlah dihidangkan, dan dihias dengan daun salad dan cili merah.
  6. Selamat menjamu selera.
