SAMBAL TUMIS IKAN SARDIN


Sambal tumis Ikan Sardin

Bahan-bahan:
1 tin ikan sardin dalam tin {besar}
2 ulas bawang merah{mayang}
1 ulas bawang putih{mayang}
1 biji bawang besar {dipotong bulat}
sedikit air asam jawa
sedikit garam
sedikit serbuk perasa (jika suka)
sedikit minyak masak
Bahan-bahan kisar:
5 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
10 batang cili kering
1 cm halia
Cara-cara:
1.Panaskan minyak masak. Tumiskan bawang merah dan bawang putih yang telah dimayang.Goreng hingga kekuningan.
2. Masukkan bahan-bahan yang telah dikisar. Masak sehingga ia naik bau. Kemudian masukkan sardin. Gaul rata.
3.Apabila telah sebati, masukkan pula air asam, garam, serbuk perasa dan bawang besar yang dipotong bulat. Masak sehingga ia pecah minyak. Angkat dan hidangkan.Menu kedua pula kari ayam.Saya guna(rempah giling), sedap dan rasanya berbeza dari rempah serbuk yang selalu diguna. Disini saya tunjukkan gambar rempah tersebut, bukan nak promote tapi tak rugi anda semua tahu mengenainya...
