Bahan Kuah:
2 kilo Ikan selayang (direbus,dibuang tulang)-mcm nk buat laksa(rujuk posting lepas)
2 inci halia-dikisar
3 inci lengkuas-diketuk
20 ulas bawang merah-dikisar
10 biji lada hitam@ serbuk lada hitam -dikisar
1/2 kilo Santan
1 genggam Asam keping
garam secukup rasa
Serbuk perasa

Bahan ulam

timun,kacang panjang,taugeh,daun kesum(dipotong halus)

Cara-cara

Cara buat laksam
  1. Gaulkan semua bahan-bahan. Sapukan tudung periuk dengan sedikit minyak masak supaya tidak melekat. Ambil sedikit adunan dan letakkan di atas tudung periuk. Kukus sampai masak.
  2. Bila dah masak, keluarkan. Biarkan sekejap sebelum digulung- supaya laksam kelihatan licin dan cantik. Sementara tu letaklah sedikit adunan ke atas tudung periuk lain dan kukus sampai masak. Ulang sehingga adunan habis.
Untuk kuah(Sila rujuk cara untuk membuat kuah laksa)

Nota-Untuk kuah laksam anda cuma perlu tambahkan lada hitam,halia dan lengkuas dan santan.
1. Ramas@ Kisar isi ikan. Kemudian masukkan ke dalam periuk bersama dengan bahan-bahan lain iaitu halia, lengkuas, bawang merah, lada hitam,santan,daun kesum,asam keping,garam dan serbuk perasa. Masak sehingga agak pekat.

Untuk Sambal cili
  1. Cili merah ditumbuk dgn belacan,sedikit garam dan perahkan limau
